Happy Chinese New Year! To usher in the Year of the Tiger, we baked this decadent unusual flavoured cake, ordered by a close friend and her colleagues for their boss's new little hero. Coincidently it matches her company's logo.. another way to flatter the boss, no? Heheh..
Anyway, hope they like it, as much as we enjoyed baking it!
